About Kalpaxis Legal
Kalpaxis Legal is a family-law focused firm providing expert advice and representation in divorce and family law matters.
We assist clients in complex and deeply personal matters including separation, divorce, domestic violence, parenting arrangements, property settlement, surrogacy, and dispute resolution through pathways such as mediation, arbitration, and collaborative practice.
We also regularly appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and pride ourselves on our advocacy for victim survivors who are experiencing separation while navigating parenting and/or property matters.
